「Waku Ghin」的名稱源於兩個日本字:「Waku」意思是「升起」(好像溫泉水倒下來),「Ghin」意思是「銀」,久田主廚的餐廳主色。該餐廳佔地 8,000 平方呎,提供酒吧、三間私人用餐室及一間主餐室。

每間私人房間由一名廚師負責,呈獻當季最佳的食材,包括招牌菜,例如醃漬牡丹蝦搭配海膽魚子醬 ,以及和牛配芥末與柑橘醬油。然後進入主餐室一邊享用甜品及咖啡,一邊欣賞新加坡壯美的天際線。 

和久田主廚是第一位在日本以外地區獲指派的清酒大使,足見其清酒是世界一流品質。他最近榮獲極高榮譽的 Diners Club® 終身成就奬 - 亞洲 2015 年。

Learn from the master and pick up tips from Chef Tetsuya Wakuda himself in this exclusive one-day only masterclass as he showcases the detailed preparation of seasonal Australian produce, followed by lunch at 1pm in the grill room. Celebrity Chef Tetsuya Wakuda at Marina Bay Sands


主廚和久田哲也在日本濱松市長大。 22 歲時,說著非常有限的英文,他勇於冒險的靈魂帶領他到了澳洲。 1982 年時,Tetsuya 帶著一只小皮箱和對美食的喜愛抵達雪梨。 剛開始,他只是一個不起眼的廚房助手,但不久後,他便發現自己的烹飪天份。 

1989 年,他在雪梨的一個小店面創立了個人首間餐廳:Tetsuya’s。 這間餐廳的生意興旺,也讓主廚和久田哲也的聲譽扶搖直上。 因為店內總是客滿,和久田哲也便在 2000 年將店址改至一個比較大的空間,並持續地出現在經由烹飪界頂尖美食評論家和主廚表決的 S.Pellegrino 世界最佳餐廳名單中。 帶著澳洲最頂尖廚師之一的美譽,他於 2010 年來到新加坡,自此之後為 Waku Ghin 贏得極大的榮譽。

Waku Ghin 吧台以日式調酒藝術著名。 也提供吧台點心,價格為 S$35++。 提供的點心主要有魚子醬、鮮蚵、乳酪或肉類冷盤,皆為當季最新鮮的現有食材。

酒吧營業時間為每日下午 5:30 至深夜。
