The Bird is a tribute to the importance of sharing a meal, a celebration of the ingredients and craft that go into its preparation, and a humble ‘thanks’ for everything the Southern table has to offer. We proudly present The Bird – a dedication to farm-fresh ingredients, classic Southern cooking, culture and hospitality. Expect inventive takes on regional Southern fare on the menu, which features Chicken & Waffles, Mac & Cheese, Deep-fried Oreos and a selection of cocktails crafted from an impressive collection of bourbon and spirits from around the globe.
